Los Angeles, CA – As everyone scrambles for answers regarding who put Rich The Kid in the hospital during a recent home invasion, his girlfriend Tori Brixx and the “Plug Walk” rapper’s estranged wife are both speaking out. (The Game is too, but more on that later.)
TMZ obtained photos of Brixx’s injuries which reveal lacerations to her cheek as well as bruising and swelling underneath her right eye.
The DJ and former girlfriend of Young M.A told her version of events after being released from the hospital on Friday (June 15).
“This was some real shit,” she explained on an Instagram livestream. “I hear my sister screaming in the back. They like, ‘Bitch don’t move’ and I got a long gun in my face.”
After getting visibly emotional, Brixx admitted she would have died in order to save her sister before abruptly ending the broadcast.
Even with the apparent trauma, Rich The Kid’s estranged wife didn’t cut Brixx any slack and took to her own Instagram account to basically blame the entire attack on her replacement.
“I just want this to be know when I see @ToriBrixx I’m beating her ass bc bitch you know you set him,” she captioned during a heated flurry of Instagram stories.
The Game also inserted his two cents on the matter, agreeing that Rich had been set up and used Brixx’s photo to hashtag questions such as “#SinceWhenItTake5NiggasToDoAHomeInvasion?”
Aye @richthekid you been set up blood….. surround yourself by REAL ONES asap nigga. Tyler Perry, give her a job 🙏🏾 (& that’s a clap, not prayer hands) #WhenRealNiggasPostAllHellBreaksLoose #iKnowImAasshole #ButiCallASpadeASpade #TookThePicOnPortraitMode #HitMeTwiceMakeItLookGood #Ouch #PutAHatOnButDontWipeTheBloodOff #ExcuseMeCanYouPassTheLipGlossB4iTakeThisPic #SinceWhenItTake5NiggasToDoAHomeInvasion #2NiggasMAX #3NiggasIfOneLowKeyScary #PrettiestBlackEyeANiggaEverSeen #Oceans8PlusOneHeadAhhh #FOH #ImOUT #YallPlayingWitNiggasLivesOnThisBullshitAPP #WannWannWannBitchYouLilBaby
A recovering Rich The Kid has since denied that Tori had anything to do with the home invasion that resulted in the loss of “a significant amount” of cash and jewelry.
OG Aunt Viv Janet Hubert Blames Will Smith For Son's Suicide Attemptby Kyle EusticePatricia Schlein/Star Max/GC Images
Actress Janet Hubert, who played the original Aunt Viv on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, still isn’t done with Will Smith.
The 62-year-old has been outspoken about her disdain for her former sitcom nephew for years and on June 1, she blamed the megastar for her son’s suicide attempt in a since-deleted Facebook post.
“Dear Will…you destroyed my life with your lies…YOU win my son is in the hospital. #suicideattempt #FUCKYOUWORLD!”
Darksin Aunt Viv is still onn Facebook wylin about Will. She always has time but this is a bit much pic.twitter.com/A4G7FHbdzM

In 2016, Hubert blasted Smith for not supporting her and the rest of The Fresh Prince cast during salary negotiations.
“I seem to remember at option time, coming to you and saying … ‘With you, maybe we can get a little raise,'” she said. “[We thought] your influence would help us greatly, like they did on Friends.”
She said Smith replied, “My deal is my deal, and y’alls deal is y’alls deal.”
Hubert left the show in 1993, and for over two decades has seemingly held on to this grudge.
In a 2016 interview with The Real, Hubert denied she was ever difficult on set.
“Janet Hubert was never difficult on that set. Janet Hubert was so professional, it wasn’t even funny,” she said. “I think Will simply needed to win, and I think sometimes when you get caught up in a lie and those things never happened. She never left the set. I never left the set. We got along great.”
The former cast of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air reunited in March 2017 and shared a photo of the reunion on Instagram. In response, Hubert called Alphonso Ribero, who played Carlton on the show, a “media hoe” and promised she’d tell the behind-the-scene stories before she died.
Desus & Mero Reportedly Exiting Viceland For Showtimeby Trent ClarkInstagram/Desus & Mero
New York, NY – Internet-turned-TV funnymen (and the inexplicable bane of DJ Envy’s existence) Desus & Mero are reportedly eyeing a premium payday.
Deadline is reporting that their popular show with Viceland is coming to a close in favor of a bigger rollout on Showtime’s primetime network.
The current nightly addition is said to be replaced with a weekly format. According to Deadline’s Nellie Andreeva, the Bodega Boys began telling staff about the departure on June 14.
In its two seasons, the Bronx-born, Hip Hop adjacent comedians have seen their stock rise tremendously. While they rose to prominence interviewing nearly every rapper on top of the news cycle, the duo crossed over to pop culture tip, having sitdowns with the likes of Melissa McCarthy, John Cena, Matthew Rhys and several political figures.
The show’s final episode is expected to air June 28.

Organic Fest Adds G Jones As Its Final Headliner For 2018
With all of the major festivals going on year-round, music lovers have started looking for more intimate, community-oriented gatherings to attend. These events are characterized by a smaller attendance, more left-field type of music, and more emphasis on the experience rather than the Instagram photos you might get out of it. (Though, of course, those are welcomed, as well.)
Organic Fest returns to Wilseyville in Northern California for its third year with a strong lineup including Opiuo, Ivy Lab, and rap legend Immortal Technique. The final headliner was just announced this week, and it’s none other than the posterboy of left-field bass music himself, G Jones. With an album on its way, G Jones adds a considerable amount of hype to this already exciting festival lineup.
Tickets are still available here. Organic Fest goes down August 10-12.
Chief Keef Responds To Teka$hi 69 Taking His Baby Mama Shopping
Teka$hi 69 keeps coming for Chief Keef for reasons we're not quite sure of other than it's fun to troll.
Highlights of his assault on Sosa include marching up and down Chicago's O Block while calling him out and taking one of Keef's baby mama's shopping at Gucci. Keef was also shot at when he visited New York earlier this month, although 69 denies any involvement in that.
Keef responded to 69's baby mama stunt in a social media exchange with Lil Reese.
"Bro. We don't love no thotty. officer Hernandez, you kno how [to] trick [the] Internet," Reese writes.
"Who's feelings they tryna hurt," Keef responded with many laughing emojis.
Keef should have some love for the thots. At least one of his many baby mamas shot down 69 when he tried to recruit her for anti-Sosa activities.
Logic Has Money To Burn In "Contra" Music Videoby Danielle HarlingInstagram/logic
Months after releasing his Bobby Tarantino II mixtape, Logic has shared the music video for “Contra,” a song featured on the 13-track project.
Directed by Mike Holland, the video features the Gaithersburg, Maryland-raised rapper driving around in a luxury BMW with a mound of cash in the back seat.
As he sets fire to the cash, Logic raps, “Most of these people can’t never ever comprehend the shit that I sing / I am polite than a muthafucka, but when I grip that mic I get mean.”
Thursday’s (June 14) release of the “Contra” visual comes roughly two months after Logic dropped the music video for “Everyday,” another track featured on Bobby Tarantino II.
Logic is currently on the road for his Bobby Tarantino vs. Everybody Tour, which will make stops in both New York and New Jersey this weekend.
Rich The Kid Hospitalized After Home Invasion Attackby Riley WallaceInstagram/RichTheKid
Los Angeles, CA – Rich The Kid has been hospitalized after being attacked in a home invasion robbery at his girlfriend’s house, reports TMZ.
Earlier on Friday (June 15), someone uploaded an image of the “Plug Walk” rapper laid out on a gurney to his Instagram with no explanation or caption.
According to TMZ, two men wearing masks entered his girlfriend Tori Brixx’s home in Los Angeles and — after Rich attempted to fight them off — three additional assailants entered the home with guns and attacked him.
A “significant amount” of cash and jewelry was taken and both Rich and Brixx were hospitalized, with Brixx being released Friday morning.
Sources close to Rich told TMZ they believe it was an inside job.
The LAPD has begun an investigation but no arrests have been made.
