Rival treats fans with a brand new track called, “Basic Training,” a sneak peek of their upcoming material. The trio plays heavily on drum pads and delivers the core of classic post-punk. Rival’s single leans on sweat and swagger and brings us the mood of heavy ’80s summer camp soundtrack.

On the new track, Montreal native band presents a pure musical democracy and delivers even pieces with equally played parts: from passionate drumming, juddering bass, and squiggly guitar. It’s a genuine blast hearing such quality rock!
