Despite followers incessantly lambasting the work of director George Lucas, there is no denying that somewhat little bit of the Star Wars spirit left with him. While the latest crop of Star Wars movies has fared moderately properly within the field workplace, the Disney period’s large tonal shift has left some longtime followers feeling somewhat salty. In any case, the post-Lucas trilogy is about to achieve a conclusion, and if Oscar Isaac is to be believed, Episode IX will mark the tip of the “Skywalker Saga.”
“It is the tip of the complete Skywalker saga,” Oscar explains, throughout a latest press run for Netflix’ Triple Frontier. “Nine tales, and that is the end result of the factor, and I believe what J.J.’s carried out, and actually the entire Lucas workforce, goes to be extremely fulfilling. […] You get to study much more about these characters.” The information arrives on the heels of one other nostalgic anchor – the continued presence of Darth Vader. Clearly, the workforce is pulling all of the stops in creating an overarching story, and we will solely hope that an admirable finale is reached.
What say you? Excited to see the tip of the Skywalker story?
