Alesso Re-Addresses The Rihanna EDM Album Rumors
Two months in the past, in an interview with The Daily Star, Alesso appeared to verify that Rihanna was engaged on a dance album with many high producers equivalent to Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, and Diplo. He was quoted as saying, “I’ve heard she desires to take over the dance music charts, we've some mutual associates, so we’ll see what occurs with that. She has the voice that matches on any document, she makes each document sound nice. Whether dance, home, ballad, Rihanna can do all of it. It shall be nice.”
Now, in a brand new interview with iHeartRadio, Alesso is strolling it again a bit.
Speaking of feminine vocalists, some time again you stated one thing about probably working with Rihanna on her new album and the way she needed to make one thing that was very dance-centric.
Well, it was all a mistake speaking about Rihanna as a result of folks wish to rephrase what I stated. To make clear, no I by no means confirmed her [album], however rumors are rumors. I really feel it’s greatest I simply go away no feedback round it and no I can’t verify something. I discovered my lesson not to talk about the large artists.
It’s arduous to consider what Alesso says a method or one other at this level. He may be overlaying his behind, or The Daily Star may actually have misquoted him, although we’re leaning towards the previous.
A tweet from Diplo following the Daily Star interview helps that assumption, on the very least.
Regardless, Alesso says he has loads of his personal music able to drop in 2019, and no less than another earlier than the tip of the yr. Listen to his final single “Remedy” under.
