Johnny Depp has decided to venture into the world of social media for the first time by creating his very own Instagram account. The 56-year-old actor made his first post on Thursday featuring a photo of himself sitting in what appears to be a cave, surrounded by lit candles. "Hello everyone," he wrote. "Filming something for you now...gimme a minute."
He then proceeded to use his brand new platform, which has already garnered 2.3 million followers, to share an uplifting message with his fans regarding the coronavirus pandemic in the form of an eight-minute-long video. "This is my first experience within the world of social media," he begins. "I don't think I've really ever felt any particular reason to [join] until now." However, he goes on to say that "now is the time to open up a dialogue as the threat of this invisible enemy has already caused immeasurable tragedies and enormous damage to people's lives."

"People are ill and without care," he continues. "People are getting sick and fighting for breath. People are dying at frighteningly high rates. Many are unable to provide for their children and their families as a result of this hideous global pandemic." Johnny, who is currently in the midst of an ongoing domestic abuse case with his ex-wife, Amber Heard, goes on to acknowledge the people who have lost their jobs, businesses, and only sources of income, as well as the homeless population who are at a greater risk of exposure. He then urges his newfound following to "care for one another" during these dark times and to stay motivated. "We cannot and must not succumb to shutting down and giving in to what feels like hellish quarantine monotony," he said.

"Create something today that will benefit yourselves and others tomorrow," he added. "Do anything you think could be of use to brighten someone's day. Draw, read, paint, think, learn, make a film on your phone, play an instrument if you play; if you don't, learn." He also makes sure to mention his cover of John Lennon's "Isolation" with Jeff Beck. "The song's about isolation, fear, and the existential risk to our world, so we wanted to give the song to you," he explained. "We truly both hope in our own little way, it helps you get through these unusual times that we're experiencing, even if it just helps to pass the time as we endure isolation together." Check out their cover of "Isolation" below:

If Amber Heard is found guilty of falsifying evidence against Johnny Depp, she may very well find herself doing some hard time.
When Amber Heard first came forward with serious abuse allegations against her ex-husband Johnny Depp, many were quick to presume that the Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindlewald actor guilty until proven innocent. As the saga progressed and new developments began to surface, the narrative steadily transitioned in Depp’s favor. Leaked audio calls painted him as a victim of verbal and sometimes even physical abuse, including a fight that ultimately left one of his fingers severed.
Now, Depp’s retaliatory $50 million defamation case is in full swing, on the alleged basis that Heard falsified evidence and even went so far as to fake injuries that ultimately led to her obtainment of a temporary restraining order. Should a judge end up coming to such a conclusion, Heard may very well find herself facing up to three years of jail time for tampering with evidence.
As IBT points out, one of the main incidents being examined stems from 2015, when Heard claimed to have received a pair of black eyes from her then-husband. Yet her stylist Samantha McMillen, who happened to see Heard on the same day she alleged to have been bruised, denied the claims entirely. “Throughout the day of December 16, 2015, I could see clearly that Amber Heard did not have any visible marks, bruises, cuts, or injuries to her face or any other part of her body,” stated McMillen, adding fuel to Depp’s cause.
Given that it’s becoming increasingly evident that Heard was indeed moving to stack the deck in her favor to some degree, it wouldn’t be surprising to see a judge move to make an example out of the Aquaman actress — on that note, it’s surprising to see her name remain officially attached to the DC franchise, given the severity of some of these allegations. In any case, look for this ongoing legal battle to continue, and stay tuned for more developments as they occur.
Amber Heard Seen Cuddling With Elon Musk In Johnny Depp’s Elevator
The surveillance footage of Amber Heard and Elon Musk was taken a few years ago when Heard and Johnny Depp were married.
Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s relationship was filled with scandals and reports of he said, she said. Just a few years ago, Depp was painted as an abuser although thanks to recently released footage, it was revealed that Heard was the one allegedly doing the abuse. Now, Depp is suing Heard for defamation with requested damages of $50 million. Thanks to recent footage obtained by the Daily Mail, it looks like Elon Musk will find himself thrust into the thick of the drama.
It’s been well-documented that Heard allegedly began an affair with Musk just a month into her marriage with Depp back in 2015. Heard and Musk have been adamant that it started after Depp and the actress split up. However, in the footage found here, Heard can be seen snuggling up to Musk in an elevator at the building that Depp owned penthouses at. It’s pretty damning evidence that doesn’t help Heard’s case.

Due to Heard’s accusations against Depp, he has lost his role as Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean and has been the subject of scrutiny from the media. With new evidence in mind, it looks like Depp’s defamation lawsuit is starting to pick up steam.

In the leaked deposition tapes, Depp’s lawyers played a 2016 recording to Amber Heard. In the recording, Depp admits he’d “just been hit in the head with a fucking corner of the door” before he stood up and was “clocked” in the jaw. In that same tape, Heard responded, “I did not do this thing with the door … but I did mean to hit you.”
In the deposition, Heard again claims that she didn’t purposely slam the door into Depp’s face. “I was trying to escape from a room where Johnny was attacking me … I was trying to get onto the other side of the door, attempting to close the door, and he was attempting to get in,” she pleaded.

Heard has maintained that she has been trying to escape assault, not conduct it.
Johnny Depp Threatened To Burn Ex-Wife Amber Heard In Raging Texts
Disturbing text messages that Johnny Depp sent his friend about his ex-wife were read aloud today in court.
Johnny Depp is currently overseas at the moment taking on a court battle with British newspaper The Sun over an article that alleged Depp had been abusive to his ex-wife Amber Heard. Well during the court hearing yesterday, the defendant revealed some damaging evidence against Mr. Depp, which showed text messages he sent to his actor friend Paul Bettany back in 2013 that revealed Depp threatening to burn and drown his ex-wife.
Depp allegedly wrote on Nov. 6, 2013, “Let’s burn Amber,” the court heard aloud. He later texted Bettany again that day to say, “Let’s drown her before we burn her!!! I will f–k her burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead.” However, it should be noted that following those rage texts, Depp did say he could never harm Amber. “I am admittedly too f–ked in the head to spray my rage at the one I love’,” he admitted.

In addition to all this, the court also heard further texts allegedly sent by Depp to Bettany a year later in May of 2014, which read: “I’m gonna properly stop the booze thing, darling… Drank all night before I picked Amber up to fly to LA, this past Sunday…Ugly, mate,” he said referring to a nasty fight the couple got into while on an airplane.
Depp’s lawyer Adam Waldman said, “What does the Sun do to keep Amber Heard’s hoax alive? [Wednesday] in court we learned the answer — cherry-picking a fragment of a single frustrated text message to a friend sent out of 500 gigabytes of text and email messages provided,” which refers to the texts the Sun chose to highlight this week. “One person, one side, is lying, and one is not,” Depp’s lawyer added. “Obviously, we say that it is Ms. Heard (who is lying), Mr. Depp is 100% clear about that.”
It’s safe to assume this won’t be the last time we hear about Johnny and Amber’s nasty break up and legal woes. Read more about it all right here if wanting to know more.
Amber Heard Steps Out With New Girlfriend Bianca Butti
Amber Heard stepped out with new girlfriend, Bianca Butti, days after she was heard confessing to hitting ex-husband Johnny Depp in a leaked audio clip from their ongoing abuse case.
Amber Heard and new girlfriend, cinematographer Bianca Butti, attended a WME Pre-Oscar event in Los Angeles on Friday, days after an audio recording of Amber admitting to “hitting” ex-husband Johnny Depp was leaked to the public. This tape serves as evidence in an ongoing domestic abuse case that Amber originally launched against Johnny, accusing him of physical abusing her in their marriage. Johnny had always maintained his innocence by denying her claims, and even pursued legal action to sue her for defamation. Amber responded to the defamation lawsuit last year with stories about various alleged incidents in which he abused her, where she claimed Johnny was often too ‘drunk’ to remember what had happened. However, this resurfaced recording in which she admits to hitting Johnny appears to demonstrate that she abused him.

As for her new romance with the cinematographer? “Amber and Bianca are dating and hooking up,” a source told The Daily Mail. “Amber is not trying to be low key about it. [She] feels comfortable kissing Bianca and holding her hands in public at this point. They started as friends and it turned into something more.”

Amber and Johnny’s defamation case has been pushed back from its original February start date, after Johnny failed to meet a deadline to submit his drug and alcohol use records. The case is set to begin in August later this year.
Amber Heard Admits To "Hitting" Johnny Depp In Leaked 2015 Audio Recording
“Justice For Johnny Depp” began trending after the audio clip surfaced.
Johnny Depp faced some serious allegations in recent years after his ex-wife claimed that he abused her. He denied the allegations but he still faced scrutiny in the public eye. As Amber Heard continued to make allegations that Depp was abusive and he said the same about her. Now, it appears as though there’s actual confirmation that Heard had abused Depp in the past.
Frazer Harrison/Getty ImagesIn audio shared by Daily Mail, Heard and Depp are heard discussing a previous altercation when Depp said accused her of punching him. Heard denied punching him but didn’t argue that she did hit him. “Babe, you’re not punched … I don’t know what the motion of my actual hand was, but you’re fine. I did not hurt you, I did not punch you, I was hitting you,” she said.
Depp’s lawyer, Adam Waldman, told USA Today, that it was Heard who recorded the conversation. “The first confessional tape she made reveals a conversation any real abuse victim will recognize all too well,” Waldman said. “It exposes that Ms. Heard perpetrated serial violence against Mr. Depp, and then concocted an elaborate abuse hoax to cover it up. Ms. Heard gives a motive for her violence: Mr. Depp was always trying to ‘split’ to escape her abuse.”
Heard’s lawyer argued that just because Heard was abusive, doesn’t mean that Depp wasn’t.
