Seven Lions, Kill The Noise & Tritonal Unleash Gorgeous New Collab "Horizon"
Though it doesn’t officially drop until tomorrow, Proximity has uploaded the massive collaboration between Seven Lions, Kill The Noise, Tritonal, and HALIENE, “Horizon,” a day early to the pleasure of literally everyone. This one has been played in all of their sets for months now, and to finally have a full release is akin to some other very pleasurable release, if ya know what we mean…
Euphemisms aside, “Horizon” is an absolutely amazing track that plays to each artists’ strengths throughout the track. The first drop is this beautifully anthemic whirlwind of synths and melody swirling together in a perfect maelstrom; the second drop, or you could call it the bridge, is a fantastically wonky display of half-time bass music that is sure to throw you for a loop. Soon enough though, it breaks back into cascading, arpeggiating synths that remind you why you fell in love with music like this in the first place.
Finally, “Horizon” pumps up the tempo to pure drum & bass for a massive finale that is nothing but chill-inducing and agonizingly suspenseful. The higher tempo drop incorporates some of that wonky bass from the bridge as well as vocal drops from the first drop, and later the arpeggios from the third section, bringing everything together in one neat package.
Check out “Horizon” below, and catch Seven Lions, Kill The Noise, and HALIENE at EDC this weekend!

Proximity Reveals Lineup For Kalliope Art Car Takeover At EDC Las Vegas
There are many things to look forward to at EDC Las Vegas this year (which is in only a week!). There’s a new stage for Insomniac Records, and of course kineticFIELD will have a new stage as usual. There are also sure to be plenty of memorable sets from artists across the festival, including roaming the grounds on one of many art cars.
On Sunday, popular YouTube channel, curator, and label Proximity will take over the always popping Kalliope Art Car for some truly unforgettable performances you won’t see on the big stages (and some you will). Big names like Autograf, K?d, and Kill The Noise are sure to bring massive crowds, but you’d be mistaken to miss sets from Virtu, Justin Caruso, or the especially unique Ekali and Medasin back-to-back.
And do I spy with my little eye One More Time? Yep, that’s the Daft Punk tribute duo, who will be sure to have the whole crowd moving with classic hits from the robotic group.
Check out the full lineup below, and prepare yourself for the madness that begins in just one week!
Illenium, Kill The Noise & Mako's Highly Anticipated Collab Reveal Is Finally Here
Illenium has at last announced the release date one his most anticipated collaborations, “Don’t Give Up On Me” with Kill The Noise and Mako. The collab will be released next Tuesday, February 13, Proximity.
Nearly two weeks ago, the collaboration was on and the respective artists’ teams were quick to take down the fending video, but the damage had already been done and the track spread. It’s hard to say if the leak led to an earlier release for the single or if this was the plan all along, but either way, we’re glad to finally have it ficially.
Illenium and KTN have both been playing the track consistently during their tour dates – Illenium on his Awake tour, and KTN supporting Seven Lions. Now that the track is due for ficial release, fans can relive that epic moment at their leisure.
Check out the ficial announcement from Illenium below.
Kill The Noise Puts Out Hilarious Albeton 10 Parody & I'm Crying ?
Ableton 10 was just , and producers are having a field day getting to know all its ins and outs. In the meantime, guys like Kill The Noise are having fun with the DAW, sharing content like the video below.
Kill The Noise admitted he’s the creator the video, and it’s absolutely cringeworthy in the best way. Kill The Noise captioned the video, “in case u nerds wanted to know what ur missin in able10.”
If this is what we’re missing, I think we’ll stay with Ableton 9 for a bit longer, thank you very much.
Illenium x Kill The Noise x Mako Collab Leaks Ahead of Release
It’s not everyday you find a hidden treasure like this on YouTube, but or somehow managed to stumble on a high quality upload a forthcoming collaboration by Illenium, Kill The Noise, and Mako called “Don’t Give Up On Me.” Better yet, the find was an unlisted YouTube upload on Mako’s ficial channel which should speak to the authenticity the record.
Though, the video has since been claimed and no longer view-able (though you can still take a look below), there are still alleged mirrors on the original thread. Nobody has yet to comment on the leak but keep your ears peeled for news an ficial release, which is likely to get moved up in light this, and check out the for the song!
