Following the airing of ESPN's "The Last Dance" documentary, there were reports going around that Scottie Pippen was upset with his famous teammate Michael Jordan. Pippen wasn't exactly portrayed in the best light during the documentary so it's easy to see why he would potentially be upset. After all, without Scottie, MJ doesn't win those six rings.
Well, it doesn't seem like things are too bad between the two as today, Pippen took to Twitter where he posted a throwback Thursday photo which depicts him holding up Michael Jordan after the infamous Flu Game. This took place during Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals and despite having really bad food poisoning Jordan scored 38 points and gave his Bulls a lead in the series.
If Pippen really had bad blood with MJ, he probably would have avoided posting this. With this in mind, we're glad the two are on good terms as they truly are the greatest duo in NBA history. As we mentioned, Jordan struggled to have playoff success before Pippen came along and without him, there is an argument to be made that MJ wouldn't have half as many titles.
As for the Flu Game, we're sure MJ never looked at pizza the same after that.
Anderson .Paak Is Unrecognizable In New Throwback Post
Anderson .Paak posted an old photo of himself on Instagram for Throwback Thursday, showing off his dramatic transformation over the years.
If you went back in time and ran into a young Anderson .Paak, you may have not have even recognized him. The singer decided to take part in the age old practice of throwing it back on Thursdays by posting an old photo of himself from back in the day. He paired the shot with with a current photo of himself in the gym, and it’s safe to say that he looks pretty different now. By putting these photos next to each other, Anderson really drove the point home that he’s undergone a bit of a transformation over the years, not only by tatting himself up and losing his glasses, but also by losing some weight and getting chiseled.
“#TBT got me saying woooooow,” he wrote on the post. Regardless of how his looks have changed, he was still adorable back then, but it looks like he posted the comparison for a reason. It appears that Anderson is on a bit of a fitness journey, as he went on to post a video on his Instagram story showing himself stepping on a scale with the caption, “10 more lbs to gooooo.” The scale read that he weighs “175.8 lbs,” meaning his goal weight is around 165 lbs. Best of luck on your progress Anderson!
Snoop Dogg Shares Teenage 2Pac Throwback Pic
Snoop Dogg continues to remember 2Pac Shakur’s legacy by sharing a vintage picture from the rapper’s teen years.
Snoop Dogg‘s Instagram page has become a haven for glorious throwback pictures, be it Thursday or otherwise — and many of them center around his formative days on Death Row records. And as one of 2Pac‘s closest friends and collaborators, the Doggfather has become one of the game’s most ble sources for stories and pictures of the late legendary rapper.

Yesterday, Snoop shared a clip from an old-school interview from the late nineties, during which he shared the biggest lesson he learned from Pac. Today, he’s coming through with a genuine blast from the past. Captioning his latest picture “Young Pac,” the image captures exactly that: a youthful Shakur, likely in his teenage years, standing with a boom-box in hand. The picture is all but soaked in nostalgia, having likely been take in the late eighties.
As is so often the case with 2Pac Shakur memorabilia, there’s a strong bittersweet sentiment attached to it. When he was murdered in a drive-by shooting, Pac was only twenty-five. He had already amassed four studio albums to his name, a catalog that many count among hip-hop’s best — playing what if feels futile at this point, but it’s hard not to wonder what the extent of Pac’s influence might have been had he lived to evolve as both an artist and a man.
Either way, we’ll always have the music he left behind. Respect to Snoop Dogg for continuing to keep the legacy alive. Check out young Pac below, and hit the comments with your favorite Shakur moments.
Jada Pinkett Smith Shares A Sexy "Grown Woman" #TBT Picture
Jada Pinkett Smith proves that she’s always been a baddie by posting a very revealing photo on Instagram.
The success of Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk, which recently got renewed for three more years, couldn’t have happened to a more beautiful person both inside and out. However, Jada has been exuding that infectious appeal for years now, which she gladly showed off with one of the most stunning throwback Thursday pictures on her Instagram today.

Jada has been given us sex appeal ever since the ’90s and early 2000s, as you can see above from the time she worked the red carpet in New York City at the Urbanworld Film Festival premiere for Collateral in 2004. She hasn’t lost one bit of that now, but thankfully can still reflect back on the good ol’ days as well. “That grown woman throw back,” she labeled the nude #tbt pic shared today on IG that’s covered tastefully by shadowing in all the right places. Her photo got tons of love from a sea of followers, over 116,000 to be exact, including fellow baddie thespian Lauren London. All we have to say is, keep it up Jada! Hopefully this becomes an ongoing trend for her moving forward in the coming Thursdays.

Meek Mill Shows Very Rare, Old Mixtape Covers
Before getting signed to a major label, Meek Mill had the city of Philadelphia on lock with a number of fire mixtapes.
Before getting an opportunity to release music on a larger scale, Meek Mill was feeding the streets of Philadelphia with the hottest mixtapes on the market, dropping fire after fire on a regular basis. The critically-acclaimed Grammy-nominated rapper is currently working on his next studio album, which is set for a release later this year, but today he decided to rewind the hands of time a touch, looking back to some of the first bodies of work he ever crafted.

We’re guaranteeing that the majority of people reading this weren’t aware of many of these mixtapes when they first dropped, with the exception of maybe one or two. Even if you’re the most dialled-in from your group of hip-hop-head friends, these were so localized that mostly only Philly fans would have heard of them. Back when he was sporting the long braids, Meek Mill worked out of a minor label called Headshot Records before moving to GT Franchise and, finally, Grand Hustle. Releasing a bunch of mixtapes while he was making a name for himself, the rapper shared the covers for each one, including his Flamers series, Mr. Philadelphia hosted by DJ Ill Will and DJ Rockstar, and an early offering called The Real Me. These days, we know him more for the Dreamchasers projects, Dreams and Nightmares, and Championships but before he became a household name, this is the kind of stuff he was coming in with.
If you’re discouraged about how your music career is moving, just remember that it took Meek Mill several tries to finally get on. Use this as your motivation of the day.
XXXTentacion Estate Shares His Birthday Wish From The Year He Died
Long Live Jahseh Onfroy.
Had he not been killed on that tremendously depressing day in June 2018, XXXTentacion would be turning 22-year-old today. The late Florida-based rapper had a loyal following and, since his passing, his supporters have kept his legacy and memory alive by continuing to make him one of the most-streamed artists of the last decade. Although he only got the chance to release a couple of studio albums in his lifetime, the estate of XXXTentacion has posthumously dropped two more, marking the end of his musical catalog. There is a chance that the fallen superstar pops up here and there for a posthumous feature verse in the future but, in terms of an album, there will reportedly be no further projects released under his name. As fans deliver their tributes to XXX’s family and friends on his birthday, his estate has thrown things back to two years ago, during the year the rapper was murdered, to look at how he would have wanted to celebrate his birthday.

Despite all the negativity spewed about him in the media, XXXTentacion was trying to change his ways to become a better man. In the final year of his life, X established an organization with his mother called Helping Hand, aiming to aid homeless people in his city and contributing time to women’s shelters across the country. With that in mind, his birthday wish from 2018 makes perfect sense.
“My birthday wish is to unite the world and to end the huge physical and spiritual war going on, let us all agree to disagree,” wrote the recording artist on January 23, 2018. The post was shared anew today, in memory of the late rapper.
Rest in power, XXXTentacion and happy birthday.
Meek Mill Is A Clean-Cut Young OG In Grade School Throwback Pic
Clearly a Dream Chaser ever since the Fisher-Price days.
We’re sure no rapper in the game would want to be described as “adorable,” “innocent” or, worst of them all, “cute,” but we’re not sure there’s a better way to describe the latest photo that Meek Mill decided to share to his over 18 million Instagram followers.
Meek was born on May 6, 1987, which means the photo seen above dates him roughly between the ages of four and six, especially with the classic school photo background that looks like either pre-K or Kindergarten. Either way, the GRAMMY-nominated emcee is the image of child-like perfection in this picture which also reveals an interesting fact: Meek’s face hasn’t changed one bit since he was a toddler! Save for the #BeardGang vibes that he’s currently rocking at the moment, Meek literally has the same eyes, nose and, quite frankly, the same forehead that he did back when he was running around the playground with a clean cut Caesar fade. In short, our Philly-bred boy has never switched up and we definitely love to see it.
After you finish squealing and saying “aww” at Meek Mill’s “young OG” photo, take a look at another #TBT he posted that shows a slightly older young Meek doing what he did best before the fame:
Drake Throws Back With Nicki Minaj As She’s About To Pass Him In Spotify Popularity
Young Money is the roster and a monster crew.
When he was putting together his Young Money roster years ago, Lil Wayne seriously didn't pull any punches. Keeping himself at the forefront of his "big three," Weezy F Baby recruited Nicki Minaj and Drake to fill out his superstar team of talent. At their height, Young Money Entertainment was a serious force to be reckoned with. The versatility that Drake presented mixed with the raw bars that Nicki and Weezy could spit earned them a bunch of hit records, shooting both Minaj and Drizzy to superstar levels of fame. The two have enjoyed sustained careers and, although Minaj is no longer releasing much new music, she remains one of the biggest musicians in the entire world. According to Spotify, she currently occupies the eighteenth spot on a list of their most-streamed artists, clocking in 43 million listeners on a monthly basis. Drake is only ahead of her by a mere million listeners and, at the rate Minaj's fanbase continues to grow on the platform, people believe she's about to surpass him. With both of them striving at this stage of their careers, Drake decided to bounce back to the glory days of Young Money, showing off a photo of them from years ago.
Updating his Instagram story today, Drake looked back on the memories he built with the Young Money roster -- specifically Nicki Minaj. A major throwback was uploaded from last decade, showing the Canadian star with a "deer in the headlights" look while Minaj stared down the camera, possibly channelling her alter-ego Roman Zolanski in the shot.
Take a trip down memory lane with Drake and Nicki Minaj. Peep the image below.
Blueface Posts Hilarious TBT & Reveals Lack Of New Year’s Resolution
Blueface hasn’t changed a bit.
Blueface is one of the funniest rappers in the game for a plethora of reasons. His social media antics are something to be marveled at and he doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon, even if his musical buzz had taken a bit of a slide. The new year is finally upon us which means today was the first Throwback Thursday of 2020. Blueface took the opportunity to post a hilarious old video of himself which showed fans that some things just never change.
The rapper can be seen talking the exact same way he does now, cracking jokes and being a bit of a goof. As Blueface says in the caption “Blueface in 2016 as you can C I haven’t changed at all so I ain’t changing shyt this year ??♂️?.”
Blueface has absolutely zero use for a New Year’s resolution and we don’t blame him. As they say, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Regardless, Blueface will surely be in for an interesting 2020 as fans are curious how his musical career will progress. Since the release of his Dirtbag EP, Blueface has been teasing new music and we’ll surely be hearing some of it soon.
Let us know what you’re looking forward to most from Blueface this year.
