Eminem revealed which lucky fan has officially been crowned the winner of his #GodzillaChallenge on the Triller app, along with the five runner-ups for the contest. Em first launched the challenge last month, asking fans to attempt to spit his insane third verse off the Juice WRLD-featured track, which reportedly sees Em dropping 229 words in 30 seconds. While fellow rappers like Bizzy Bone and Biz Markie tried their hand at it, and Twista made promises of taking a stab it but never delivered, Em ensured that the true amateurs would win the promised repost and additional, unspecified prizes. According to Em's posts on social media, a young lad under the username @jacksherlock1 has been crowned the winner.
"'Godzilla, fire spitter, monster' #GodzillaChallenge @triller winner squad on the site. Shout out to the homie jacksherlock1 on taking the #1 spot!" Em tweeted, along with a link to his website that also includes the runner-ups. Interestingly enough, none of the winners are actually rapping the verse themselves, instead lip-syncing to Eminem's original rendition. Regardless, a huge congrats to the winners for their successful efforts and for getting recognized by their idol! At the moment, it is unclear what the prizes will be.
Lil Yachty, Drake & DaBaby Get Jiggy To "Oprah’s Bank Account" On Triller
Lil Yachty’s new single with Drake and DaBaby, “Oprah’s Bank Account”, is definitely one to dance around to.
When speaking to Complex about his new single, “Oprah’s Bank Account”, Lil Yachty said, “I think the song’s so good and catchy, my fans will appreciate it. That’s the most important thing.” He wasn’t wrong. The first offering off his next album, Lil Boat 3, features Drake and DaBaby, and it’s an undeniable bop. Its got a sing-songy hook and a bubblegum beat. Yachty managed to secure these heavy-hitters to assist him on the track, but failed to get squeezed into the schedule of someone else who could have added an uplifting touch: Lizzo. Regardless, we’re fully satisfied with the final product.
It even came accompanied by a creative and hilarious music video. Yachty takes on the role of an Oprah-esque talk show host/self care guru. Drake and DaBaby are brought into the female mogul’s bizarre world of branding. All three of the rappers must have had a good time filming this playful video and proof of this is seen in the Triller clip they recorded on set too.
TikTok and Triller have become effective mediums for artists to promote their songs. If they dance along to their jams, fans might catch the bug and start doing it themselves, potentially setting off a chain of viral videos. Megan Thee Stallion just tried to capitalize off this formula by starting a sexy dance challenge for her new single, “Captain Hook”. Lil Yachty looks to be doing the same. He grabbed Drake and DaBaby to get jiggy to their collab for Triller purposes. Watch below.
Megan Thee Stallion Initiates "Captain Hook" Dance Challenge
Megan Thee Stallion creates dance challenge to accompany “Suga” single, “Captain Hook”.
Everyone knows that one of the most effective means of promoting a song these days by sparking a viral dance challenge associated with it. Think about how K CAMP experienced a huge resurgence due to people mimicking moves to his song “Lottery” on TikTok. While these sorts of challenges usually take off on TikTok, Megan Thee Stallion used Triller – another short video-making platform – to create a dance for her song, “Captain Hook”.
“Captain Hook” appears on the EP that Meg dropped last Friday, Suga. While Suga was initially teased to be the title of her debut album, she recently clarified that she decided to use the name of her new alter-ego to package nine songs she wanted to share with the world ASAP. This change may have been prompted by the highly-publicized issues that the Houston rapper has been experiencing with her label, 1501 Certified Entertainment.
The “Captain Hook” dance challenge features dance moves that are just as sexually suggestive as the associated lyrics. Hot Girl Meg feigns eating motions as the song’s chorus plays: “He’s a sweetie, mmh, kiss it when he eat it, ayy, yeah / Know it’s good when you chewin’ and you singin’.” It seems “Captain Hook” will be promoted as a single because Meg also asked fans in her Instagram post if they’re ready for the music video.
Eminem Launches #Godzilla Challenge On His Triller Debut
Eminem didn’t quite hop on TikTok yet but he did join jumper where he launched the “Godzilla Challenge” in support of the Juice WRLD-assisted single.
When you can’t beat ’em, join ’em. That appears to be what’s running through Eminem‘s mind after realizing just how much the rap game has shifted since his reign on top. As the rap game continues to use platforms like TikTok and Triller continue to dictate the charts and how music is consumed, Eminem took to Twitter where he announced the #GodzillaChallenge. No, this one doesn’t come with dance. Instead, the Music To Be Murdered By artist is offering a repost and other prizes for those who tackle his speedy verse on the track word-for-word on the social media platform.
“Godzilla” has already seen massive success since the release of Music To Be Murdered By. For one, it became Juice WRLD’s first number-one single in the UK and made waves on the Billboard Hot 100, although it’s yet to actually hit number. With a music video on the way and the newly launched #GodzillaChallenge, Eminem seemingly has things in place to take the song to the top of the Billboard Hot 100.
“Godzilla” has already broken records. A few days after its release, Em broke a new record after rapping 229 words in 30 seconds. This beats out the record that he previously held with “Rap God.”
Check out Eminem’s “Godzilla Challenge” below. Are you able to rap that many words in 30 seconds? Sound off in the comments.
Offset & Cardi B Get Erotic Aboard Private Jet
Cardi B and Offset leave nothing to the imagination in regards to what goes down on their PJ.
We’re no strangers to Offset and Cardi B‘s sexual affinity for one another. When they’re forced to be apart for a period of time, they often publicize their unquenched desires. When they are together, they often engage in raunchy talk or skip the talking altogether to get right to the action. All this to say, they give no fucks (in a metaphorical sense, of course). For this reason, Migos’ new collaboration with Young Thug and Travis Scott is the perfect anthem for this criminally-horny couple.
Last Friday (Feb. 14), these trap Avengers united to drop their previously-teased track “Give No Fxk”. The hook features Quavo repeating that phrase several times over a booming beat. It begs for someone to twerk to it, so Cardi said “hold my beer,” or McFlurry rather. She shared a Triller clip of her and her hubby having a wild time aboard a private jet, soundtracked by the aforementioned song. It’s quite chaotic. It shifts between Offset banging his head like a rockstar, Cardi shaking her ass atop him on a bed and both of them calmly feeding each other ice cream.
As if this montage wasn’t sexually suggestive enough, Offset stated what went down on the plane on his own IG page. Captioning some solo shots of himself standing outside the PJ, he wrote, “SEX ON THE PLANE BE VERY INTERESTING ? ??.” I’m sure any other members of the Mile High Club would confirm this.
DaBaby Teases New Song With Offset While Dancing With Baby Mama’s Son
DaBaby shares the latest teaser from his upcoming album.
DaBaby is ready to top his triumphant 2019 by taking over 2020 in a big way. “2019 that was play time, that was the layup line,” he said. “It’s time to ball now.” The rapper revealed recently that he’s got plenty of new music lined up that he will be dropping very soon, and even confessed that he wants to “leak his whole album” right now. He’s been on a bit of a teaser streak lately, taking to social media to give fans little snippets of tons of unreleased songs. His latest sneak peak took place on Friday, when Baby shared a video that he filmed on the app, Triller, that features an unreleased collab with Offset.
In the clip, Baby is joined by Caleb, the son of his baby mother, Meme, from a previous relationship. The two goofballs ball out to the unreleased track, Baby showing off his ice and pushing Caleb around in a shopping cart while the kid flexes his stack of hunnids. Caleb clearly looks up to Baby, acting as a complete mini me of the rapper despite their lack of blood relation.

“?let me know when y’all ready for Baby to takeover 2020?,” Baby wrote in the caption. “Me & Set made this shit In our sleep, No cap.” Offset responded to the post, commenting, “WE GONE F*CK SH*T UP WIT DIS ONE.” Of course, this is will not be their first collab together. The two linked up for “Baby Sitter” off DaBaby’s debut, Baby on Baby, “Raw Sh*t” along with the rest of the Migos off Baby’s sophomore album, Kirk, and “Pink Toes” along with Gunna off Quality Control’s lengthy compilation album, Quality Control: Control The Streets Vol. 2.
