Normally, when you're Louis'd down from your head to toes, you can confidently admit that you're pretty fly. Nick Cannon's outfit at the MTV Movie & TV Awards was a giant flex but it was ultimately not a hit with his fans. Instead of going crazy over the rarity of his pieces, the comedian got clowned for his try-hard fit, even being compared to an LV garbage can by somebody.

Nick Cannon probably walked into the awards show feeling like a million bucks, and why shouldn't he? He's wearing a full outfit that not many would be able to pull off or even afford. Unfortunately though, if he takes a look at the comments on social media, his smile will turn to a frown instantly. The host of The Masked Singer was nominated for several awards at the MTV Movie & TV Awards this week but people were more preoccupied chatting about his Mortal Kombat inspired wardrobe choice. Wearing cargo shorts, a leather vest and a mask, Cannon ended up winning Best Host at the gig, being celebrated for his role on Wildn' Out. We're sure anybody battling on that program would be proud of the comments made about Cannon's clothes.
"You can stop wondering what Nick Cannon does with Mariah Carey's money now," said one fan, joking that it all goes on silly outfits like this. Others just said they were angry that he has so much money and still dressed like this. What do you think of the fit?
Toronto Raptors Win First Ever Championship, NBA Players React
The Raptors did the unthinkable last night.
Heading into the NBA Finals, not many people were giving the Toronto Raptors a chance to defeat the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors were ultimately injured and battered heading into the series and it allowed the Raptors to take over and win the series in six exciting games. Last night, the Raptors finished the series with a 114-110 victory that will be remembered by Canadian sports fans for years to come.
Kawhi Leonard ended up coming home with the Finals MVP trophy while role players like Fred VanVleet, Marc Gasol, and Kyle Lowry were praised for their incredible performances.
It's the first time a team from outside of the United States has made it to the finals, let alone win the championship. Raptors fans were going crazy in the streets of Toronto as they were overcome with joy thanks to this historic moment. Meanwhile, the Warriors dynasty is now in question and there is a chance that it could all come apart next season, especially with Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson sustaining longterm injuries.
Immediately after the game, NBA players took to Twitter to react to the Raptors championship and offer their sincere congratulations. You can find some of the best tweets below.
Twitter Is Going Crazy After Trump Likes This Rihanna Quote
Turns out he was a Rih stan.
The controversial President of the United States is known for his online antics, often taking to social media to do things such as baring his soul (and then some), sharing his unpopular and unwanted opinions, bullying others, and, most recently: revealing his belief that the Moon is "a part of" the planet Mars. What he doesn't do much of online, however, is like other peoples' posts (probably because he doesn't usually like anything anyone has to say except for himself).
Trump, has only ever ‘liked’ eight tweets, EVER; and he last pressed the heart button back in 2017. However, he made sure to show his appreciation for Rihanna by liking a tweet from her Interview magazine chat. He had social media confused this week as he halted his usual tweeting spree to like a random Rihanna quote which talked about balancing work and life, mental health, and the importance of making time for yourself.
The quote in question - posted by writer and podcaster Heben Nigatu - started with, “It’s only the last couple years that I started to realize that you need to make time for yourself, because your mental health depends on it. If you’re not happy, you’re not going to be happy even doing things that you love doing. It’d feel like a chore. I never want work to feel like a chore.” (Read the full quote below).
Unsurprisingly, his latest, random Twitter activity got picked up by a number of social media users. See some of the response below.
Donald Trump Thought The Moon Was Apart Of Mars & Social Media Flamed Him
Donald Trump was not spared by social media.
Donald Trump's social media antics continuously offer entertainment. Since his arrival in the White House, it seems the 45th president's tweets have gone onto becoming a source of comedic relief to many. The most recent of these tweets include the president's take on space. According to Mashable, Trump was recently flamed to bits for a tweet which concerned lunar missions. The president shared his thoughts on re-initiating a trip to the moon and disagreed with the idea in a tweet posted on Friday morning. Donald Trump is past the moon and wants us all to think past it because "We did that 50 years ago." He instead believes that NASA should focus on sending folks to Mars. The request is not unfathomable considering NASA has been planning to further explore the red planet using a helicopter in 2020. Yet as the president detailed the logic behind his suggestion, he made a fatal mistake.
"For all of the money we are spending, NASA should NOT be talking about going to the Moon - We did that 50 years ago. They should be focused on the much bigger things we are doing, including Mars (of which the Moon is a part), Defense and Science!" were the president's words. Indubitably, Trump thinks the Moon is apart of Mars and social media was quick to roast him for it.
Erica Mena Gets Reality Check After Saying She & Safaree Look Younger Than They Are
Erica Mena's comments are a mess after she said she looked younger than a "90's baby."
There is no denying that Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels look amazing for two people in their thirties. They clearly take good care of their bodies but there is no way they look ten years younger than they are. At just 31-years-old, Erica Mena is still so young. Her romantic partner Safaree Samuels is a few years her senior at 37-years-old and we can confidently say that they both look their ages. When the Love & Hip Hop stars claimed to look "younger" than couples born in the 1990s, people had a lot to say and not much of it was positive.
"We Look younger than you 90’s babies," wrote Mena on a photo of herself and Safaree. To their credit, they do look pretty fresh in the picture but she still might be delusional if the fans have anything to say about it. "This look like a midlife crisis," commented one fan. Others reminded Erica Mena that it's fine that she looks her age using creative memes and GIFs.
They both look great but it seems to be the general consensus that they do not look a day younger than their actual ages. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Take a look at some of the reactions below and let us know what you think.
Halsey Shares A Pic Of Her Broken Toe After Saving A Butterfly: "I Have Alien Feet I Know"
After news of Halsey paying for a fan's speeding ticket that was blasting her song "Nightmare" when getting pulled over, we all know that Halsey has a sympathetic side to her. Latest news shows that that sympathy extends to insects too, since the "Without Me" songstress took to Twitter and Instagram to share a picture of a broken toe she incurred while trying to save a butterfly.
"I was trying to save a hurt butterfly in the jungle. I broke my toe. Turns out the butterfly was already dead," the 34-year-old wrote. "I have alien feet I know," continued the Los-Angeles singer, "I sacrificed having nice feet when I committed to a life of dancing on stages and saving dead butterflies. this hurts." There was no mention of exactly where this "jungle" was or why Halsey was there - and whether her boyfriend, Yungblud, born Dominic Harrison, was there with her - but she was likely on vacation as she seemed to be in good spirits. "Catch me hobbling around!" she joked on her Instagram caption. Some users took to the platform to express their concern to the singer that some foot-fetishists may be "[saving] your foot pic," but Halsey seemed unphased, replying with, "if people r jerking off to my broken toe, what can I really do about it."
Halsey was feeling a different kind of pain during her emotional performance of her song "Without Me" at the Billboard Music Awards at the start of the month though. She previously told Zane Lowe of the song. "It kind of gave me like an existential crisis as an artist a little bit, because I’ve prided myself on being an artist who’s authentic and writes about her life and all that stuff. And then when I made this and I felt just how bad it hurt.”
Sasha Obama Went To Prom This Weekend & Twitter Lost It
Sasha Obama looks so different from when she lived inside the White House.
When Donald Trump was elected President of the United States, we let out a deep sigh signalling despair and began to hail Barack Obama as our Forever President. He hasn't been in charge of the country for years but there are so many of us that wish he was still in office. Somehow, even though many of us never got to meet Obama, we felt like distant members of his family. He treated us as if we belonged in the country and was a President to everybody, which we respect him for. We also got to witness his daughters, Sasha and Malia, grow up to become thoughtful young women. Malia is enrolled at Harvard and Sasha actually just graduated from high school, going to her prom this weekend. Photos of the 17-year-old started appearing online and people lost their minds at how different she looks now, reacting socially and looking back on better times.

Attending prom with her date Chris Milton, Sasha stunned the masses with her elegant black gown, taking photos before they took off to the event. Her transformation from little girl holding her father's hand during public events to young woman with total class and beauty is complete.

Gillette Ad Of Father Showing Trans Son How To Shave Ignites Twitter Cry Fest
"We're not crying, you're crying."
The well-known razor company Gillette released a new ad which sent social media into a crying fest. The ad not only delivered on the company's brand awareness goals, but it also raised awareness surrounding the realities of the trans community. The company which usually caters to the hypermasculine agenda surprised many with this well-thought out and sensible AD. Herein, a trans man by the name of Samson Brown discusses his transition. He adds: "‘I’m at the point in my manhood where I’m actually happy. It’s not just myself transitioning, it’s everybody around me transitioning." Shortly afterward, a powerful moment is captured as Samson's father helps him shave for the very first time. The tender gesture sparked quite the chatter and so especially on Twitter. Users responded to the ad with weeping and praised the company's attempts at shutting down toxic masculinity.
Of the many comments made was the hilarious mention: "We're not crying, you're crying." While others gave accolades to the company for their efforts at inclusivity. Moreover, we realized the AD's truthful impact in its ability to touch souls on a personal level when a user stated: "As a black trans man who works in advertising, this is... Everything. Well done to @Gillette and the creative team behind this. This is the kind of work I dream of creating some day."
Ciara’s Floppy Album Sales Incite Twitter Roast Session
Twitter has no mercy for Ciara.
Last week, we reported on Ciara releasing a new album, Beauty Marks. The album was teased by the leading single, "Level Up," which became an instant hit and prompted its own viral, dancing challenge. Furthermore, the songstress continued with the pop single "Thinkin Bout You" which charted fairly. And considering the singer's last album dates back to 2015, the pop and r&b led project Beauty Marks hinted at Ciara's return in the music business. Yet despite all the positivity which has been linked to the singer, which includes her dreamy relationship with Russell Wilson, Ciara remains susceptible to a good ol' roast.
Precisely, Billboard unveiled the charting position of Ciara's debut project and thus far it's looking like a flop. Of course, the fans took it as an opportunity to engage in a ruthless roast session at her expense. Indeed, the poor album sales were enough to bring social media to step in for some Ciara slander. To make matters worse, the album sale flops have been consecutive in the singer's career. It seems selling records simply isn't Ciara's forte. And when it comes to roasting, failures are far from off-limits to fans hence they did not hold back.
WWE Debuts Ugly "24/7" Championship Belt: Twitter Reacts
Mick Foley unveils WWE's new 24/7 belt.
WWE legend Mick Foley introduced a brand new "24/7" championship title during the May 20th edition of Monday Night Raw. Foley was a fitting choice to debut the new title, as it calls to mind the Hardcore Championship which he originally ushered in to the WWE back in 1998.
Similar to the Hardcore Championship, WWE superstars can challenge for the 24/7 title anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as long as a WWE official is present. Last night alone, the belt switched hands three times.
Shortly after the title was revealed, Titus O'Neil secured the belt to become the first-ever 24/7 Champion - However, Robert Roode quickly regained control less than a minute afterward. His reign didn't last long either, as R-Truth pinned the 24/7 champ in the parking lot and vowed to take the strap to SmackDown Live.
WWE has also announced that the title will be eligible to Superstars on Raw, SmackDown LIVE, 205 Live, NXT, NXT UK and even WWE Legends and Hall of Famers, which could make for some interesting segments down the line.
