At long last, we were gifted with one the year’s most anticipated drops when Travis Scott and Quavo came together for their Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho outing that arrived on December 22nd. After a week’s worth reviews, social media hot takes, and plenty listens, the numbers have ficially arrived and they’re not too shabby.

According to Billboard, the collaborative effort debuted on the Hot 200 chart at the No. 3 spot after pulling in 90,000 units, with 17,000 those being traditional album sales and the remaining 70,000 coming from 105.3 million streams in total–pretty good for an effort spontaneously thrust onto fans. While the amount pure album sales sat within the range 16,000-19,000 units, Huncho Jack was expected to move, it fell short the No. 1 spot it was projected to nab.
This marks yet another feat for the seasoned duo. It’s certainly not the first time, and likely won’t be the last that Trav and Quavo have visited the Billboard Hot 200 with Scott’s Birds In The Trap Sing Brian McKnight debuting at No. 1 on the chart back in 2016 and 2015’s Rodeo coming out at No. 3. Earlier this year, Quavo, course, saw a No. 1 album in Migos’ Culture.
Currently, Eminem’s Revival trails behind at No. 4 whiel Ed Sheeran’s Divide and Taylor Swift’s Reputation position themselves at No. 2 and No. 1, respectively.
